Do I need a visa to attend WCDT2026 in Poland?
Yes, if you are traveling from a country outside the Schengen Area or from a country that does not have a visa-free travel agreement with Poland, you will need a valid visa to enter Poland and attend WCDT2026. Citizens of countries that benefit from Poland’s visa-free regime may enter without a visa for short stays, subject to the applicable entry conditions.
How do I request an invitation letter for my visa application?
You can send your request for an invitation letter to the WCDT2026 Congress Secretariat at info@wcdt2026.org.
Please note that invitation letters are issued only to participants who have completed payment of their congress registration fee. Once your registration payment has been confirmed, your request will be processed.
How long does visa processing typically take, and when should I apply?
Visa processing times vary depending on the country and the individual embassy or consulate, so we are not able to anticipate how long your application may take.
