How to submit?
Submission guidelines
Please review these guidelines carefully before submitting your oral or poster abstract:
- There will be two types of presentations: oral presentations and electronic poster presentations (check your session day, time and room in the finale programme)
- Each delegate may submit only one abstract as the presenting author — either for an oral or a poster presentation, but not both.
- All abstracts must be submitted through the official conference website and should not exceed 300 words.
- Please structure your abstract using the following headings: Background, Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Case report structure include Introduction, Case report, Conclusion
If you encounter technical issues during submission, contact the WCDT 2026 Administration Office at info@wcdt2026.org. - Presenters are responsible for ensuring their abstracts are submitted and that receipt is confirmed. If you do not receive a confirmation email from the conference office, your submission has not been received. In such case, contact the IADT Administration Office at info@wcdt2026.org.
- Abstract acceptance may be limited due to restricted time slots for oral and digital poster sessions. Early submission is strongly encouraged to ensure consideration.
- All presenters are required to pay the conference registration fee.
Please note that no travel or accommodation compensation is provided for oral or poster presenters. - Presenters must disclose any affiliations or financial interests related to the topic of their presentation as part of the Speaker’s Agreement.
- Accepted oral and poster abstracts will be published in the official Conference Program Book exactly as submitted. Please proofread your text carefully before submission.
- Oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes: 10 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for questions.
Selection for oral presentations will be based on scientific merit, submission date, and program availability.
A confirmation email will include the assigned presentation type and A/V instructions. - Delegates selected for poster presentations are encouraged to deliver a Short Oral Poster Presentation.
Electronic posters will be displayed during the conference on five digital totems located in the foyer area.
Each Oral Poster Presentation will be limited to 6 minutes. A confirmation email will include the assigned presentation type and instructions for preparing your poster.
