* All member rates are valid for current IADT/PASD Members. Your current membership status will be verified.

** Postgraduate Students and Undergraduate Students are required to provide proof of their current enrolment at a university or other tertiary institution. The documents should be uploaded while completing the registration form.

Credit cards Mastercard & Visa are welcome. A payment link will be sent to you via the registration system.

Please note:

payments should clearly state the participant’s name(s)
all bank transfers should state clearly in the reference: WCDT2026 and participant’s name/surname
the invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Mazurkas Congress Management (Congress Secretariat)
please notify us via e-mail if you need a proforma invoice to make prepayment
all bank transfer amounts should include bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer are the responsibility of the participant.
Participants from Poland can select fees in PLN in the registration form. In this case, a pro forma invoice in PLN will be generated, and if online payment is selected, the charge will be made in PLN.



Confirmation of registration

E-mail confirmation will be sent upon submitting your registration and it will include your Registration ID number.
All communication will be sent by e-mail.
Your registration is considered confirmed after the full payment is received only.
The date the full payment is received will be considered the date of registration.
All fees include 23% VAT

(*) Students are required to provide evidence of their status. The documents should be uploaded while completing the registration form.

Cancellation policy

Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing to the WCDT 2026 Secretariat, and sent by e-mail to info@wcdt2026.org

Cancellations received before 1 May 2026: full refund less 30 EUR administration costs
Cancellations received from 2 May until 1 August 2026: 50% refund
Cancellations received on or after 2 August 2026: no refund
Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation letter.
Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Congress.

Mazurkas Travel Biuro Podróży Sp. z o.o. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any posted content, temporarily suspend access to the Service, or cancel a User’s registration without prior notice if the User:

Violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Fails to respond to inquiries or other communications from the Company for more than 30 days.
Is considered by the Company to be unsuitable for continued use of the Service.
Has their service agreement with the Company terminated or canceled for any reason.
